Role OverviewThe Major Gifts Officer for Athletics will devise strategies and be responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship with the purpose of advancing donor levels and closing major gifts for Athletics.
What You Will Do
Meet or exceed portfolio metrics, including executing 15-20 substantial face-to-face visits a month, delivering 24 major gift proposals, and managing a portfolio of 75 donors and prospects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five (5) years of experience in non-profit fundraising
- Proven successful experience in individual fundraising
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and relationship building competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
