Job Description
The Morgan Group is seeking a Make Ready professional to join their team. As a Make Ready, you will be responsible for ensuring that vacant units are market ready within 7 days and assisting with a preventive maintenance program for all building interiors and exteriors. This role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects, as well as working in all weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Adhere to MORGAN's Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
  • Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA and the MORGAN Operations manual.
  • Maintain a workplace that adheres to safety standards.
