Job Description

We are looking for a Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents. The responsibilities of this role include supervising the restoration process of each apartment, scheduling employees and contractors, and training and supervising turnover maintenance staff.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role
EPA Certification (strongly preferred)
Experience with water softener repair (preferred)
Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance (preferred)
Experience with drywall, painting, caulking, and grouting
Experience with windows, appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, and door lock repairs and replacements, as well as carpentry and ceramic tile installation
Basic electrical and plumbing experience
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
