Job Description
Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join their on-site operations team. The successful candidate will ensure vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status, complete administrative paperwork, and assist with snow and ice removal, among other duties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building maintenance
  • HVAC Certification or experience
  • Possess own tools
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate
  • Basic computer skills
  • Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
