Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join their on-site operations team. The role involves ensuring vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status, completing full vacant turn process, and assisting with snow and ice removal.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in building maintenance working with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC
  • HVAC Certification or experience
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
