Job Description
Fogelman is hiring an experienced Make Ready Technician to join the team at Appling Lakes Apartments, located in Cordova, TN. We’re looking for dedicated professionals who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to a supportive, team‐focused environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Make Ready Technician
  • HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s license is required
