Job Description
ResProp Management is hiring a Make Ready Technician in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will prepare vacant apartments for move-in, perform maintenance tasks, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements include at least 1 year of general maintenance experience, trade skills, and a willingness to work a varied schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience
  • Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Must live within 30 minutes of community
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
