Role OverviewAs a Make Ready Technician at Hilltop Residential, you will be responsible for inspecting vacated apartments, completing make ready checklists, and maintaining property equipment. You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and may be required to work on-call for after-hours emergencies.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include inspecting vacant apartments for damage, completing make readies to Hilltop Residential standards, and assisting with building and common area maintenance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and/or access to reliable transportation. EPA license is a plus, and certification may be considered if you are chosen for the position.
