Role Overview

NorthPoint is a real estate developer seeking a Make Ready Technician to join their team. The role involves maintaining the exterior of the community, cleaning the pool area, and performing other tasks to exceed apartment living standards.

What You Will Do

The Make Ready Technician will be responsible for keeping the community clean, assisting the Service Team, and performing various tasks such as cleaning the pool area, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining the exterior of the community.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Background in excellent customer service
  • Willing to work weekends and a varied schedule
  • CPO or pool experience a plus
  • Excellent attitude, teamwork skills and self-motivated
  • Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
  • Able to approach problems both logically and creatively
  • Confident and knowledgeable when interacting with all team members & outside parties
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills are required
  • Sensitive to confidential information and matters
  • Prior experience in caretaking or janitorial is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment and help teammates as necessary
  • Must be able to carry/ transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Daily ascending/descending of stairs and occasionally of ladder to perform work orders
  • Must be able to perform work both inside and outside
  • Continuous walking and standing
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to move, bend, squat, stoop, twist, climb stairs and turn to perform day to day responsibilities
