Role OverviewGaines Investment Trust is seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician to join their team at Greyson's Gate Apartments, a 272-unit community in Dallas. This hands-on role involves preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and other make-ready work.
What You Will Do
Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents, complete painting, touch-ups, drywall repairs, and minor carpentry, perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements
- Make-ready, apartment maintenance, construction, painting, or related experience
- General knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and basic repairs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Residence within a reasonable commute of Greyson's Gate Apartments (20–30 minutes preferred)
