Job Description
Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Make-Ready Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining aspects of the physical plant, including apartment inspections, refurbishment, and minor appliance repairs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience
  • One year experience in building maintenance or refurbishment preferred
  • One year experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance preferred
