Job Description
Makoto Assistant Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Vail. Responsible for assisting the Sushi Chef and Chef de Cuisine in daily operations, maintaining a good working relationship with staff and guests, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel
  • Ability to produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner
  • Skills and knowledge in culinary education, cost control, basic communication and leadership skills, and computer skills
