Job Description
Qualified external candidates may be eligible for sign-on bonuses (up to $15,000 for full-time positions). Reporting to Biopsy Supervisor, this full-time mammographer position involves facilitating pre-biopsy imaging, equipment set-up, and post-biopsy care of patients, assisting radiologists with biopsies, and performing post-biopsy mammograms. Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a private radiology practice with a mission to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging and associated medical care.

Requirements

  • ARRT (M) Mammography certification with biopsy experience required
  • Breast Sonography Certification must be obtained within one year of hire
  • Training in Nuclear Medicine will be provided post-hire
  • Knowledgeable of ACR accreditation and MQSA requirements
  • Exceptional patient care skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively as a team-member
  • CPR/BLS certification
