Job Description
MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join their Women’s Imaging and Radiology Teams. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more year of previous experience, including Mammography experience, and be willing to train. Active registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT) and a Current State of Maine License for Radiological Technology/Radiographer (RT) are required.

Requirements

  • Active registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT)
  • Current State of Maine License for Radiological Technology/Radiographer (RT)
  • 1 or more year of previous experience, including Mammography experience (preferred)
  • Mammography certification (ARRT) required within 1 year
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
