Job Description
We are seeking a Managed File Transfer (MFT) Support Engineer with 10 years of experience to work with Globalscape EFT in Houston, TX.
Requirements
Experience with Globalscape EFT, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or other Globalscape products
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS)
Hands-on experience with DMZ, RAM, and AWE configurations for file transfers
Expertise in resolving and troubleshooting P1/P2 issues as per SLAs without breach
Proficient in account creation, event rule configuration, connection profiles, key pair setup, and module issue resolution
Experience with HA servers and RAM agents hosting Globalscape applications
Knowledge of Unix and PowerShell scripts
Skilled in Putty, WinSCP, and FileZilla
