Job Description
This is a full-time position with the Contracts, Management and Procurement Unit (CMP) at the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) in Delaware, providing direct customer service to DHSS Divisions and analyzing data to evaluate services and operations.

Requirements

  • Conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, services, policies, and procedures
  • Analyzing data using descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Writing narrative reports
  • Supervising administrative support and/or paraprofessional staff
