Mercor is looking for a Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy to work on AI model performance improvement in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm.
  • Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).
  • Deep expertise in a core consulting practice—strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.
  • Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
