Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Management Consultant to join their team. The consultant will work on structuring ambiguous business problems, building financial models, and leading client conversations.
Requirements
3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy arms, or comparable tier-1 boutiques)
Strong command of at least one of: corporate strategy, operations/performance improvement, corporate finance, commercial due diligence, or go-to-market strategy
Excellent structured problem-solving, financial modeling in Excel, and executive communication
