Role OverviewThe Management Trainee Program is a 24-week, hands-on job experience that offers the opportunity to become part of a team, expand upon experience, and gain knowledge of the Company, culture, and the Transportation Industry. The program educates individuals on future-based leadership skills so that upon completion, they are confident and competent to take on a management position within the Company.

Learn the LTL Industry, gain experience in the Operation, develop Leadership skills.
