Job Description
We are excited to open a brand new store at the Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley Alabama May 1st! Management Trainee position is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and developing sales, recruiting, and leadership skills to become a Store Manager.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
  • Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client-based business
  • Model, encourage, and demonstrate leadership in customer service and selling skills
