Role OverviewThe Management Trainee position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, 'to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' Additionally, Management Trainees perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management.
What You Will Do
Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills, train and motivate Teammates, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred
- one to three months related retail experience and/or training
