Job Description
The Management Trainee position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement and performing a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. They will work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field of study (preferred)
  • One to three months of related retail experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, and jump
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel (including overnight)
