Job Description

We are seeking a Manager - APX Cost Estimating to manage the cost estimating activities for the APX Delivery organizations to support proposals and contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the project cost estimating team, developing cost models and Basis of Estimates, and reviewing solicitations and coordinating with cross-functional proposal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
At least 8 years of progressive cost estimating experience
Leadership skills to build a team
Familiarity with project and proposal management, and cost estimating principles and system compliance
Experience managing multiple complex bids
