Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate taxation
  • Proven experience in managing audits and statutory compliance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment
