Role OverviewThis is a high-impact individual contributor position with real leadership responsibility. You'll set the digital strategy, execute it yourself, direct outside agencies and contractors, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT. No layers. No hand-off culture. You own the outcome.
What You Will Do
You'll own the entire digital footprint: from the first search impression to the confirmed sale, it's yours. This includes website & UX, search: SEO & AEO, paid digital advertising, analytics, reporting & AI, demand generation & eCommerce, and competitive intelligence & vendor management.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience in B2C or B2B2C environments
- Hands-on front-end dev skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Deep Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid media fluency
- Strong SEO and AEO knowledge, including technical SEO and AI search visibility
- GA4 and Tag Manager proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite for web and landing page design
- Experience managing outside agencies, freelancers, and contractors
- A demonstrated track record of building and deploying AI-powered marketing tools
- Strong analytical instincts and project management discipline
- Background in home improvement, home décor, remodeling, or a related category
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or native CMS tools)
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, HubSpot proficiency preferred
- Involvement in digital tool selection and implementation
