Job Description
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Manager - Employee Relations to join their People & Organization team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and thorough management of Employee Relations processes across the business areas of support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent education
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of HR experience
  • Four (4) years of Employee Relations experience preferred
  • Practical experience in employee relations, HR management, or related areas
  • A solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration
