Role OverviewThis management level position oversees all investor and analyst communications, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant disclosure of financial, operational, and strategic information. Partners closely with senior leadership, Finance, Corporate Planning, Legal, and Communications to shape and deliver a clear, consistent equity story aligned with company strategy and performance.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage the IR team, develop and execute the IR plan and messaging framework, oversee preparation and quality of investor communications, lead planning and execution of earnings calls, investor days, capital markets events, and major investor/analyst meetings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis, capital markets, and valuation concepts, with significant experience in the oil and gas industry, and strong knowledge of upstream and/or downstream operations, reserves, production metrics, capital programs, and cost structures.
