Job Description
The Manager, Marketing Activation & Events, is a lead marketing role for Charlotte FC and a key member of the Club's leadership team. The role oversees events, experiential marketing, influencer, and other targeted tactics designed to grow CLTFC awareness and fandom.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports, business management, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing activation, experiential marketing, events, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years+ direct managerial experience
  • Knowledge of soccer, professional soccer leagues, and MLS
  • Native Spanish language speaker (bilingual English + Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Sports & entertainment, property, or agency experience.
