Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the installation and startup of a large volume of Caterpillar generator packages. The role will supervise skilled field technicians, work closely with project management peers, third-party packagers, site contractors, and customers, and ensure the seamless application of Caterpillar and ancillary equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10+ years’ experience installing and commissioning power?generation equipment, or equivalent background in project management, purchasing, or customer service
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software, AutoCad, data base systems, and the ability to operate CAT PC and Main Frame Programs
  • Thorough understanding of the installation and application of electrical and mechanical products
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, and Teams
