Role OverviewCitation Oil & Gas Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager - Revenue Accounting to lead the Revenue team, provide guidance on Escheat, 1099, and revenue/royalty activity related questions, and provide technical and functional subject matter expertise in support and training of the Revenue Accounting team.
What You Will Do
The Manager - Revenue Accounting will lead a team of 7 Revenue staff, coordinate data acquisition with other internal departments, provide an environment where the Revenue accounting staff members can grow, and recommend and implement improvements to efficiently and effectively address changing business needs.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of oil and gas Revenue accounting experience, strong knowledge of revenue detail for both operated and non-operated properties, and experience working with Excalibur or similar oil and gas accounting software.
Requirements
- 4-year undergraduate degree (Accounting/Finance)
- 10+ years of oil and gas Revenue accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of, and experience working with, revenue detail for both operated and non-operated properties
- +4 years supervisory experience
- +8 years’ experience with and strong working knowledge of Excalibur or similar oil and gas accounting software
