Job Description
The SALT Manager will oversee all aspects of state and local income tax compliance, planning, audits, and consulting for a diverse client base. This individual will collaborate directly with firm partners and team members in delivering superior quality income tax consulting and compliance services.

Requirements

  • Review state income, franchise, and other state and local tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, research and consult on complex state and local tax matters.
  • Utilize tax-related software to prepare, review, and process returns.
  • Respond to inquiries, notices, and audit requests from tax authorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client management
