Role OverviewThe Manager 1 - API Production is responsible for the operations of the production plant, ensuring delivery of scheduled production as per the plan, meeting quality and cost parameters. The role involves evaluating opportunities for reduction of waste generation and water wastage, ensuring availability and updation of all relevant process, regulatory, statutory, engineering documents, and ensuring production activities are performed as per approved written down procedures.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include ensuring the cost of manufacturing is within standard yields & usages, simplifying and improving present manufacturing processes through continuous development work, and preparing/reviewing of new/revised Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Equipment Cleaning Records (ECRs).
