Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Global Payment Network Controllers Business Intent Team as a Project Manager with a focus on project execution. In this role, you will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders on strategic initiatives that are transforming our company. You will be responsible for managing the Agile process from intake to delivery for the team, including prioritization, planning, sprint management, and issue escalation.
What You Will Do
Plan, manage, and document project plans with the ability to quickly establish structure and ensure delivery. Lead the Network Controllers Business Intent team through effective utilization of the Agile framework to deliver on key business initiatives. Review team’s progress and issues during projects, along with providing guidance and support to ensure timely delivery and appropriate escalation when needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or a combination
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- At least 6 years of Project Management experience, including experience leading business transformation projects
- At least 1 year of Agile project management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Jira
- At least 1 year of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and reconciliation system experience
