Role OverviewCatania Oils is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Manager of AI Solutions and Enablement to help bring practical artificial intelligence solutions into the day-to-day work of employees. The role involves partnering with teams across the company to understand their processes, identify opportunities to reduce manual work, and build useful, repeatable AI-supported solutions.
What You Will Do
The Manager will work with departments to understand and document current processes, identify opportunities, and simplify how work gets done. They will build and improve practical AI solutions, test them with employees, document how to use them, and measure results related to efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Five or more years of relevant experience in process improvement, program or project management, business operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated success improving processes and delivering projects across multiple teams
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and Codex, including examples of AI solutions implemented and helped others use
- Experience documenting processes, translating business needs into practical requirements, and coordinating work across stakeholders
- Experience with Claude is preferred
- An approachable, patient communication style and the ability to explain unfamiliar concepts to people with varying levels of technical confidence
- Curiosity, sound business judgment, and an understanding of both the opportunities and limitations of AI
- Strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities
