As a Manager, Aircraft Line Maintenance, you will oversee and manage the maintenance workload, resources, and activities for terminal and/or hangar operations. You will guide and direct supervisors in the execution of aircraft maintenance, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and develop effective relationships and solutions with other departments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • 5 years Aircraft Maintenance Operations experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience in aircraft or a comparable industry
  • Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) license
  • Strong interpersonal and PC skills
  • Ability to concurrently manage multiple areas of responsibility
  • Excellent analytical, organization, and planning skills
