Role OverviewThe Manager, Aircraft Maintenance provides leadership and direction to the Repair Station Management and employee teams, ensuring the safe and compliant execution of all aircraft maintenance activities, component repairs, contract maintenance and line service operations in accordance with federal, local and company regulations and guidelines.
What You Will Do
Provides leadership and direction to a team of management personnel, technicians and line service employees in the execution of maintenance, fueling and cleaning activities at the NJS Repair Station in CMH as well as Field Service maintenance teams dispatched across the country.

Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- 6-8 years of experience in maintenance management
- 3 years of experience in the maintenance of high performance jet aircraft
- Holds the appropriate rating
- An understanding of turbine powered aircraft systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Capacity to work under high workload, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities
