Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager – Aircrew Training Devices to lead a team in designing, developing, and integrating commercial and military training devices. The role requires a comprehensive strategy for design and life cycle management, collaboration with Integrated Product Teams and Business Development, and management of program reviews and design reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in working within a flight simulation and/or flight training device environment
  • Prior experience leading teams responsible for defining requirements, design, development, integration, and evaluation of hardware & software for flight
  • Experience in project cost, performance management, and/or reporting on multi-disciplinary development projects
  • Experience with USG simulation development programs
  • Ability to build and maintain effective teams, relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the teams
  • Ability to travel domestic and internationally based on business needs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD US Secret Clearance
