Job Description
Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering and is seeking a Manager – Aircrew Training Devices to lead a team in the design, development, and integration of commercial and military training devices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in working within a flight simulation and/or flight training device environment
  • Prior experience leading teams responsible for defining requirements, design, development, integration, and evaluation of hardware & software for flight
  • Experience in project cost, performance management, and/or reporting on multi-disciplinary development projects
  • Experience with USG simulation development programs
