Role OverviewThis role is responsible for leading and executing regional security strategy across the Americas in support of DePuy Synthes’ Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations portfolio. The position plays a critical role in protecting people, assets, facilities, and operations while enabling business continuity, resilience, and growth.
What You Will Do
Lead and implement the Americas regional security strategy aligned with global security standards and business objectives. Oversee physical security operations for corporate offices, manufacturing sites, R&D facilities, and distribution locations across the region.

Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate security, facilities security, or risk management within a large, complex organization.
- Experience leading regional or multi-site security operations across the Americas.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, guard force operations, investigations, and incident response.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and budgets.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to assess risk, make sound decisions under pressure, and lead through complex situations.
