Role OverviewThe Manager, Reporting & Analytics, is the business process owner responsible for converting enterprise risk data into actionable intelligence that supports informed decision-making and proactive risk management. This role consolidates risk information across functions, defines and monitors key risk and performance indicators (KRIs/KPIs), and delivers executive and operational dashboards that reveal the organization’s risk profile, emerging trends, and mitigation effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Riks Management reporting and analytics frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop, monitor, and report KRIs and KPIs to measure risk exposure, control effectiveness, and organizational resilience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles, with demonstrated impact in a complex, global organization.
- Strong experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams.
