Job Description
The Manager, Asset Strategy & Development, is an integral member of the Asset Strategy & Development team reporting to a senior leader within AS&D. The role will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of existing and evolving assets, including hiring outside vendors and managing the Company’s relationship with operating tenants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Team Player: ability to organize, communicate, and manage complex details while preserving an awareness of big-picture project goals
  • Passion: ambitious and intellectually curious in the business
  • Ownership: sense of urgency surrounding project deadlines and responding to project tasks and deadlines in a timely manner
