Job Description
Texas Workforce Commission connects people with careers across the state. We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented professional leader to manage the Risk, Compliance and Safety programs for the Risk & Security Management department.
Requirements
Four years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
One year of experience in an administrative management or supervisory capacity
Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications
Working knowledge of statutes, rules/regulations, standards, guidelines, and best practices involving the department programs in risk management, compliance and safety
Coaching, mentoring, training, monitoring, and quality improvement experience
Establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools to monitor functions and ensure department goals and priorities are continually met on time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
State agency experience
Certified Texas Contract Manager or Project Management Certification
