Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking an experienced Manager IV to lead the Enhanced Wage Records (EWR) initiative and the Labor Demand Assessment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing staff, coordinating across teams, and working with data-driven or policy-focused initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
  • One year and six months of experience in an administrative management or supervisory capacity
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
  • Experience managing staff or leading complex programs or initiatives
  • Experience working with workforce or administrative data
  • Knowledge of labor market information programs
  • Experience implementing policy- or legislation-driven initiatives
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or units
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data tools
