Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking an experienced Manager IV to lead the Enhanced Wage Records (EWR) initiative and the Labor Demand Assessment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing staff, coordinating across teams, and working with data-driven or policy-focused initiatives.
Requirements
Five years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
One year and six months of experience in an administrative management or supervisory capacity
Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
Experience managing staff or leading complex programs or initiatives
Experience working with workforce or administrative data
Knowledge of labor market information programs
Experience implementing policy- or legislation-driven initiatives
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or units
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data tools
