Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Manager Biospecimen Operations role within their Translational Medicine function. This position will involve operationalizing program strategies, managing clinical trials, training Biospecimen Operations Leads, and collaborating with CROs for successful CDx testing and biospecimen collection. The role focuses on supporting early and late-stage development of portfolio assets in the RAS field.

Requirements

  • Life sciences degree (MS or PhD) in scientific, medical, healthcare, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years related professional experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Experience managing/mentoring team members.
  • Prior experience in clinical biomarker operation and/or sample management in phase three clinical trials.
  • Excellent scientific and business communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills.
