To develop and implement Allied World's Southwest Region Broker Engagement strategic plans, manage broker performance, and identify new production and product opportunities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation and sales skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant underwriting and/or Business Development experience
  • Self starter, strong organizational skills and ability to function independently with minimal daily oversight
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and sales/marketing skills, strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Must possess a network of distribution relationships in the Region
