What You Will Do
As a Manager of Business Development, User Experience Services will help generate growth within our User Experience Services portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of drug-device combination products and the ability to position Noble’s integrated value across product development and lifecycle management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Human Factors Engineering, design engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of business development experience selling services pharmaceutical and combination products
- Proven experience in consultative sales within pharmaceutical or medical devices, preferably combination products
- Strong technical understanding of the development process for regulated drug delivery devices, surgical systems & instrumentation, combination products, and related disposables, IFU’s and packaging
- Existing knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device development regulatory classes, and region to region regulatory standards
- Proven work experience in driving/growing revenue by closing business with key customers within a niche market segment
- Highly motivated and driven; able to think on your feet with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent Noble Services to outside parties
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 CRM
