Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of a team focused on creating Enterprise-class data assets
  • Support the delivery of meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses
  • Recruit, retain, and enable team members to do their best work
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements
  • Manage end-to-end design and development of solutions
  • Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are followed
  • Develop and refine procedures to improve results
  • Design, develop, implement, and train end-users on new BI and Analytical Solutions
  • Identify and provide input to new technology opportunities
  • Manage the development of data solutions from beginning to end of the software/solution development life cycle
  • Manage the hiring and training of new and existing staff
  • Share knowledge and develop staff capabilities
  • Develop and communicate organizational objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
