Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Candidate Experience to own and operate the full coordination engine behind Crusoe's hiring. This is a hands-on role responsible for building a reliable, trusted and high-velocity interview process across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years in the recruiting coordination or operations field at a high growth tech company
  • 2+ Years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Comfortable owning both execution and process building
  • High operational rigor; thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong familiarity with Ashby (or similar ATS)
  • Preferred: TeamOhana/HRIS experience
