Job Description
The Manager of Channel Operations will provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the Multi-Channel Department based in Atlanta, GA, working closely with upper management and internal departments to facilitate communication, alignment, and execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Supervise staff, determine project priorities, and lead integration of new systems and technologies
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures for new processes and designs workflows and systems documentation
  • Evaluate actual results against expected performance and communicate areas for improvement
  • Prepare, review, and recommend changes, providing upper management with a current perspective of the business
  • Create technical training initiatives to ensure staff understanding of systems and hardware
  • Evaluate business procedure efficiency and apply improvements
  • Oversee customer support processes and lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Partner with People team on recruitment and termination efforts and administer performance reviews, timesheets, and scheduling
  • Oversee iTracker reports and occasional client relations initiatives
