Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or similar, digital products
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance) preferred
  • Experience with agile transformations and client satisfaction metrics improvement
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
